NEW YORK – April 9, 2020 – The ÐÔÊÓ½ç (ÐÔÊÓ½ç) invites the travel community to virtually #ComeTogetherWithÐÔÊÓ½ç in April by tuning into ÐÔÊÓ½ç’s social channels for international music videos. As people practice social distancing and all public gatherings are canceled, including concerts and performances, ÐÔÊÓ½ç will be bring people together with music videos from artists based in the destinations that ³Ù´Ç³Ü°ù operators members v¾±²õ¾±³Ù.
“As ÐÔÊÓ½ç members come together to begin to plan for recovery, this social media campaign will allow our global community to virtually unite through the inspiring universal language of music,” said Terry Dale, president and CEO of ÐÔÊÓ½ç. “By supporting international musicians, destinations, and tour operators throughout the month, we hope to offer uplifting and engaging content.”
Kicking off the campaign on April 1 was Ailbhe Reddy, the indie-Irish-folk singer based in Dublin. Since then, the daily features have included bands, songwriters, and even accordionists, from Nova Scotia, Mexico, London, and Finland. Upcoming artists will include a twin-duo of violinists from Sicily and a country band from Tanzania.
